Importance of Fuel Filtration
Today, engines are designed to produce high performance at low fuel consumption with an intact fuel system and clean fuel.
The basic requirement for trouble-free engine operation is a healthy fuel system and clean fuel.
In order for the fuel system to operate in good health and for the engine to be able to produce a lot of power with less fuel, the fuel circulating in the system must be clean.
50% of the fuels used do not meet the ISO 4406 18/16/13 (2500 particles / 1ml / 4µm©) fuel cleanliness standard.
Clean fuel is achieved by high efficiency cleaning of dirt (dust, rust, organic pollutants) and water in the fuels used.
